A rated energy efficient composite doors
A doors energy efficiency is measured in U value. The lower the U value of the door, the more energy efficient it is. British legislation states that doors must meet a minimum U value of 1.8 W/m2K. All of our insulated foam filled doors exceed this with a maximum U value of 1.6 W/m2K.
We can achieve a U value as low as 1.0 W/m2K on some of the designs with the thermal glazing upgrade option. This makes the composite doors A Rated!
