At Stratton we offer a wide range of porch options from basic UPVC infill or glass roof porches to full brickwork with tiles or flat roof porches. Whatever your project we are here to help design your perfect porch.

We offer the full range of services to keep the project as hassle free as possible. We supply and install all base works, windows and doors, fascia soffits and gutters along with plastering, electrics and flooring.

Planning

Currently there is a relaxed permitted development law in the UK which means you don’t have to worry about planning permission as long as you meet certain criteria. Firstly the external area cannot exceed 3m2, secondly no part of the porch can be more than 3 metres from the ground and finally the porch cannot be within 2 metres from the boundary dwelling and highway.
